Children Policy

Payment Terms
* Direct payment **or** as per company advise.
*In the event of settlement by the company for any booking, the hotel extends a credit facility with the understanding of payment within 30 days based on a pre- approved credit facilities with the hotel. The reservation must be supported with an official covering letter stating the exact coverage for the billing method.
FORMURA-1 Period Terms & Conditions
* F1 period are 9th March - 15th March 2010
* All booking made during F1 period the release period is 9th January and any cancellation/amendment after this is on non-refundable basis and 100% penalty.
* Rates are only inclusive of taxes.
* Minimum length of stay as 4 nights for all F1 booking.
* Normal rates are not accepted strictly during F1 period.

Localisation

Cancellation policy

* In case of cancellation, reservations must be cancelled 3 days prior to the arrival at no charge. Reservations cancelled thereafter will be charged for 1 night.
* In the event of No-Show on arrival date, Elite Group reserves the right to charge for the first night.
