Each of the 100 or so fully furnished, self-contained apartments boasts its own separate living area, in addition to a fully equipped kitchen, plus cool Italian marble-floored bathrooms. For example: At our residence we deliver mail and dairy products to your apartment door in the mornings; we also look after the collection and delivery of your dry cleaning. Whilst you enjoy the privacy of two direct dial telephone lines and a personalized voice mail system, you may also, if you wish, call our concierge to assist you in organizing your social and travel arrangements. Our apartment kitchens are fully fitted with their own washer/dryers, microwave ovens, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, all the cutlery and cooking utensils that you will need, plus a Wedgwood dinner service and crystal glasses. There is a TV with complimentary satellite channels in the living room, as well as a TV and VCR in each bedroom that are complemented by a video delivery service. Additionally, each apartment is equipped with a stereo CD player. VAT is additional. VAT on the rental is charged at the rate of 17.5% for the first 28 days and 3.5% thereafter. Telephone calls are charged at 59 pence for the first unit and 24 pence thereafter.
