Payment Terms
* All guests must present credit card or cash deposit as a guarantee of their incidental expenses upon check-in.
* All charges incurred during the stay of the guest must be settled upon departure in cash or credit card.
For stay above one month
* One month advance rental is payable prior to arrival.
* One month security deposit is payable prior to arrival.
For stay of one year
* One month advance rental is payable prior to arrival
* Two months security deposit is payable prior to arrival.

* Standard check-in time is 2:00 pm. For check-in before standard time is subject to room availability. For early morning check-in, a reservation for one night advance with charge of an additional full day is recommended.
* Standard check-out time is 12:00 pm. Late check-out requests for periods after the standard time is subject to a Late Check-out Charge of 50% discount from the existing room rate or will be offered as a compliment based on availability. A Full-day Charge will be levied for any late check-out after 6:00 pm.

* All room reservations will be held until 6:00 pm of the expected arrival date. For a guaranteed reservation, one month deposit rental is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
