9) We accept check-ins from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Check-outs shall be by 12.00noon. Half-day rate surcharge is applicable for any early check-ins **or** late check-outs other than stipulated times.

11) Local phone call allowance at $100 per month per apartment.
