* Check in: Apartments are available from 2.00 pm, on the day of arrival. Apartments for arrivals prior to 2.00 pm will be subject to availability or guaranteed by pre-registration from the day prior to arrival
* Check out: By 12.00 noon on the date of departure. Half day rates apply for extensions up to 6.00 pm, subject to availability on the day of departure. If a late check-out is required, Platinum Residence recommends that this is arranged at the time of reservation.

Localisation

Cancellation policy

* Long term rental (above 30 consecutive nights): In the event the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the arrival date, the customer shall be charged with the amount of 100% of charge for one month rental.
* In the event the reservation is not cancelled or the customer fails to turn up, the Lessor shall charge the Lessee with the full amount for the reserved period.
* Short stays (less than 30 consecutive nights):
not guaranteed bookings will be kept till 4PM on the day of arrival;
In order to guarantee the booking credit card details are require;
The guaranteed reservation will be held overnight and in case of non arrival one night will be charged;
Cancellations are required by 4 PM on the day of arrival;
