Condition

* Any booking of fewer than 7 nights is subject to a supplement fee which will be added to the invoice - these bookings are only accepted at least 7-10 days before the proposed arrival date.
* A Temporary Accommodation Licence Agreement is required to be signed by the resident and property manager prior to apartment occupation. Upon arrival the resident will also be asked to complete a registration card.
* Full rent plus any additional charges is required 4 weeks prior to arrival.
* A ?500 dilapidation deposit is pre-authorized from the credit card provided for stays less than 3 months. For stays of 3 months or more one month rental is due as a deposit.The deposit is returned to the guest credit card after departure subject to any outstanding incidentals or dilapidation charges that may incur during the guests stay.

Localisation

Cancellation policy

The Visitors shall be entitled to cancel the agreement prior to the commencement date by written notice sent to Phoenix House subject to the following cancellation charges:
(i) if the written notice is received less than 3 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge will be 100% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
(ii) If the written notice is received between 3 to 4 weeks from the commencement of the licence period the cancellation charge shall be 75% of the total payment due under the agreement up to a maximum of 3 weeks.
