Wharf Escape has three large bedrooms, main with en-suite, and is able to accommodate up to 6 guests. Quality linen is provided for your stay. Bedrooms are carpeted and have fans, and all bedrooms and internal living areas are air-conditioned.Maximum occupancy: 10 person/sBedding configuration: Bedding configuration includes two Queen Beds and two single beds that can be converted to a king size bed.There is much to do when you stay at Wharf Escape. Darwin#@,@#s Esplanade and Wharf Precinct are a short stroll away. Its prime position makes it a perfect base for all your touring and outback exploring. Wharf Escape is walking distance from the CBD, which features many Restaurants, Cafes, Boutique Shopping, Tour Buses and the Mitchell Street bar strip close at hand. For a Territory Adventure, Litchfield is 1hr’s drive and an easy day trip. Kakadu is 1 ½ hrs away. There are many fishing charters available, departing from Cullen Bay. Darwin has a vibrant multicultural community, with excellent markets at Mindil Beach (Thursday and Sunday evenings in the dry season) and Parap (every Saturday morning). There are many quality art galleries which feature local contemporary and indigenous art.

Condition

Upon booking confirmation, a 50% deposit must be made within 24 hrs to secure your booking and full payment must be made within 7 days. Localisation

Cancellation policy

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your reservation. Should this occur, as Wharf Escape is a small establishment, the following cancellation fees will apply: (unless you are taking advantage of a Hot Escape) If you are able to inform us of your cancellation with more than thirty (30) days notice, your deposit will be refunded less a $50.00 accounting fee. If notice is provided between thirty (30) days and not less than fifteen (15) days, 25% of the deposit* will be retained. (Not applicable to Long Stay agreements). If less than fourteen (14) days and not less than seven (7) notice is given, 50% of the deposit* will be retained. If cancellation notice is provided less than seven (7) days and up to one (1) day prior to the agreed check in date, 100% of the deposit* will be retained. No cancellations are accepted on the day of arrival or after check in. You will be charged the total of the reserved stay under all circumstances. Please note: * = The deposit is 50% of the agreed tariff on the full stay booked by the client. For Long term stay agreements, the deposit is 100% of the 4 week bond. The assigned date which calculates the notice period is specific to notification prior to 5.00pm CST of any day, after which the following day will be the assigned date. Notification must be in writing either facsimile or email and confirmed delivery is the responsibility of the Guest.
