Mark founded Rayner and Associates in December 12th 1979 after completing his "apprenticeship" at one of Perth's major agencies. As a sales person, the inner city redevelopment has been a major focus along with landmark character homes. As the business has grown the range of clients has grown to include Southeast Asia, so quarterly trips to Asia have become part of the annual schedule.
