PT Mantra Bali will have a complement of permanent staff looking after the cleaning of the villas, the laundry, gardens, pools etc with a cook and butler service available if required. Gardening and maintenance will be carried out via underground tunnels to ensure the peace and tranquility of the owners remains undisturbed. Although not required, 24 hour security will be provided ensuring maximum peace of mind while the owners are in residence or away.
Villa Artha is being offered on a 1/8th Fractional Ownership basis.
