The mountain village of Kvikkjokk is situated in the Municipality of  Jokkmokk and is located at the foot of Sarek National Park. This development offers you the incredible opportunity to own an exclusive Mountain Lodge in Swedish Lapland, freehold. The Lodge Cabins come with a municipal water supply, sewerage and electricity. The area is amazingly quiet and very close to hiking trails which lead directly to the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Laponia. In winter, there are well maintained snowmobile trails around the area and even all the way to Sulitelma in Norway. Nearby to the Lodge Cabins you will find a small hotel, shop, church and helicopter base.

The plots in Kvikkjokk are located between the Kabla Mountain Forest and the Pärlälven Nature Reserve, both near the beautiful Saggat Lake, which is always full of many types of fish.

KONTIO Laine is a Lodge Cabin for the whole family. The Laine offers a fantastic living environment and enough space for a very comfortable stay all year round. The Lodges sleep at least 7 people and the thoughtful, well structured layout makes staying easy and convenient. The high ceilings and airy living space, together with panoramic windows, ensure total comfort and a wonderful feeling of space. KONTIO Laine's generous patio becomes a useful and flexible extension to the indoor facilities with room for a grill and outdoor kitchen, or an inviting seating area.

We offer the Lodge Cabins delivered in a kit form, or on a turn-key basis.

Option 1. 

Laine D with a loft space in the Lodge Cabin and timber walls made of 135x170 stocks. The building is supplied in kit form and is delivered with materials supplied as per the Kontio delivery specifications. A foundation base is supplied together with a water supply, sewerage, electricity, roads, entrance and plot. The foundation base is supplied with an integral hose, which is designed to be used as an under-floor heating system.

Option 2.

Laine D with a loft space in the Lodge Cabin and timber walls made of 135x170 stocks.

The turn-key option includes all materials supplied as per the Kontio delivery specifications.

 Also included are;

 - A concrete foundation with under floor heating (electric boiler) with room thermostats

 - Ceramic tiled floor in all rooms except the bedrooms and loft

 - Click wood flooring in bedrooms and loft

 - Tiles on the wall of the toilet and shower corner

 - Kitchen supplied by 'Sentens' as per their delivery specification.

 - Roof guttering drainage and window sills

 - Painting/2 layers on the outside walls of the Lodge

 - An electrical installation as standard (for contact points, heating and lighting)

 - All heating and sanitary installations as standard, (hot water cylinder 100 L)

 - Home Appliances including fridge / freezer, fan, hob and built-in oven supplied by Cylinda

 - Primer + one layer completed painting on the deck railings outside

 - Pax exhaust fan in the toilet and shower
