Grass species found include Digitaria Smutsii, Eriantha, perennial Pannicums, Themedia Triandra and Cynodon Dactylon. Together with the high rainfall and fertile soils, this makes excellent grazing grass throughout the year.

Rainfall:
The farm falls in a transition summer/winter rainfall area, with an average of 70mm p/a.

Game:
Mountain reedbuck, blesbuck, zebra, duiker, kudu, blue wildebeest, black wildebeest, waterbuck, nyala, impala, bushbuck, caracal and reedbuck.

Improvments:
A 2,4 high game fence encloses the entire property. There is a 600 sqm shed, a corner of which has been converted to a 1 bedroom flat.
