Das Zimmer hat an die 20 m², ist sehr groß und geräumig und hell durch die zwei großen Dachfenster. Es ist komplett möbliert mit Bett, Tischchen, Regal, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Sofa, Rolltischchen, Fernseher, Waschbecken und Spiegel. Das Wohnheim wurde vor dem Herbstwintersemester 2011 neu renoviert, daher sind Boden, Anstrich und Küche neu und top. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, es gibt Induktionsplatten & einen Ofen. Alles zum Kochen & Essen ist da. Eine Reinigungskraft reinigt die gemeinschaftlichen Räume (Flur, Toilette, Dusche, Küche). Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und einen Waschraum (Haus 39). Die Bushaltestelle (Bus Nr. 60) ist direkt neben dem Haus. Die nächste Bahnhaltestelle ist wenige Minuten entfernt (Dalbergstraße). Wichtig: Um die Untervermietung genehmigt zu bekommen, muss eine Studienbescheinigung vorliegen.
