Zimmer frei in einer WG WER WIRD GESUCHT? ? ab 25 Jahre, männl./weibl- egal, Raucher/Nichtraucher egal WER IST DER ANDERE MITBEWOHNER? ? Ich bin 36 Jahre, Mediengestalter und ziemlich oft irgendwo unterwegs. Ich selbst bin Ende 2009 eingezogen und hatte die Wohnung selbst saniert, hat seinen eigenen stil dadurch bekommen.. VORSTELLUNG VOM ZUSAMMEN WOHNEN: Jeder macht sein eigenes ?Ding?, aber gerne auch mal zusammen was unternehmen, kann hier und dort einen netten Platz zeigen. SPIELREGELN & BEDINGUNG ? regelmäßig & selbständig mal sauber machen und lüften, ich bin alles andere als ein Pedant, mag aber nicht so gerne anderer Leute´s Spül zu entsorgen, weil er sonst anschimmelt. Selber mal das Zimmer saugen, selber eigene Asche runterbringen etc etc? ? pünktliche Zahlung der Miete ? leider bin ich sehr darauf angewiesen: Ich bin mal öfters z.B. als Kamera-Man unterwegs, manchmal leider für Wochen oder gar Monate, in dem Fall bräuchte ich die Post wöchentlich gesammelt nachgeschickt (wo ich grad bin), diesen zeitlichen Aufwand vergüte ich auch sehr gerne. ? DAS ZIMMER Abendsonne, ca. 20m2 (muss noch genau messen), 1 großes Fenster, zum ruhigen Innenhof, starker Kachelofen, sehr hohe Decken
