Stock inkl. voll ausgestatteter Küche und Bad mit Wachmaschine. Dein Zimmer (15m²) ist nordseitig zu einer Seitengasse ausgerichtet und hell, ruhig und im Sommer angenehm kühl. Diverse Möbel (u.a. Bett und Kleiderkasten) befinden sich noch im Zimmer und können (müssen aber nicht) übernommen werden. Lage/Infrastuktur: nahe U3 Zippererstraße/Gasometer und S-Bahn Station St. Marx, 71er Station (auch Nightline!) direkt vor dem Haus Supermärkte (Billa, Lidl), Videothek, Apotheke in Gehweite perfekt für (Molekular-)Biostudenten, da das MFPL/VBC/IMBA nur eine Bimstation enfernt ist, Biozentrum in 30min per U-Bahn erreichbar Und extra für die Konzertbegeisterten: Arena, Planet/Gasometer, Szene in unmittelbarer Nähe! 16mbit Internet + WLAN ist vorhanden, TV-Kabelanschluss bei Bedarf möglich. Miete inkl. Betriebskosten: 150?, dazu kommen noch Strom, Gas, Internet (in Summe rund 210?) Kaution: 500? Besichtigungstermin ist nach Absprache jederzeit möglich.
