Somos 2 chavos profesionistas que buscamos un tercer roomie ya que nuestro actual roomie esta por irse en Febrero. Somos serios y buscamos alguien tranquilo preferentemente profesionista tambien y si es estudiante que solo sea responsable. Respecto al cuarto tiene closet con espejo, aire acondicionado (clima), cama (se puede conseguir), 2 ventanas y abanico de techo. El departamento esta semi amueblado tiene refrigerador, estufa, lavadora y tambien microndas el cual no tenemos problema en compartir. Tambien tiene un pequeño comedor. Ademas de un cuarto de lavado y un balcon con terraza donde no hay problema en armar fiestas mientras sea en fin de semana. Ademas contamos con internet y telefono. Se cuenta con 2 baños, uno dentro de uno de los cuartos ya ocupados y el otro se comparten los 2 cuartos restantes. La renta esta en $2,200 pagando mensualmente, esta incluye el agua. El resto de los servicios como Internet, Luz y Gas se paga aparte. Cualquier duda pueden contactarme por este medio. Saludos
